Cook for about 15 minutes; then move the cooked soft chunks of sweet potatoes to a blender and blend until it’s smooth. You can also use breast milk in the blender to change the consistency to your taste. Your baby will enjoy this pureed delicacy!
Steam Sweet Potatoes

Then put them into the bowl of your baby food maker and steam them until they’re fully cooked. Then leave them to cool down to room temperature. You could either move the sweet potatoes to a serving bowl or preserve them in your freezer for another day. Note that while they have been preserved they can last for almost a month.
Bake Sweet Potatoes
The first thing you will need to do when baking sweet potatoes is to preheat the oven to about 390 or 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and then scrub the outer body of the sweet potato until it is as clean as it can be. Then cut it in half with a knife and place it on a baking sheet. After that, use a knife or a fork to pierce the sweet potato skin and place it in the oven. Now, let the sweet potato soften for about a half an hour. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down to room temperature. Then peel the skin off the sweet potato, blend it until it’s smooth, and then add breast milk until it is at your desired consistency. Your baby will love the taste!
